What a yacht costs to rent in Dubai
Yacht rental in Dubai costs between AED 750 and AED 3,200 per hour depending on the size of the boat, with crew, fuel and marina fees inside that rate. The cheapest realistic charter is two hours on a 48ft yacht at AED 1,500 total, which carries up to twelve people.

Charter pricing in Dubai is quoted per hour, and the hour is measured berth to berth. Almost every operator on the coast prices this way, which makes comparison easy as long as you check the same three things: how many hours are the minimum, what the rate already covers, and whether the number you were quoted is per boat or per person. Ours is per boat.
Splitting the cost is what makes a charter reasonable. Twelve people on the 48ft for two hours is AED 1,500 — AED 125 each, less than a good dinner. That is the honest answer to 'is a yacht in Dubai expensive': it depends entirely on how many of you there are.
Prices move with the season. Between October and April, weekend sunset slots are the busiest hours in the calendar and we do not discount them. Midweek mornings in June, July and August are the other end of the same scale, and there is real room to negotiate a longer charter then.

Worth knowing
- Not included: catering beyond soft drinks, alcohol, decoration, DJ, photographer, jet skis alongside.
- New Year's Eve and the two nights either side of it are priced separately and sell out by November.
- A 25 percent deposit holds a date. The balance is due on the day, by card or transfer.
- Cancel more than seven days out and the deposit moves to another date. Inside seven days it is retained.
