Yacht rental in Abu Dhabi
Yacht rental in Abu Dhabi starts at about AED 900 per hour, arranged through partner fleets berthed at Yas Marina and the Corniche. We do not keep boats there ourselves, so we say plainly which operator you are chartering from and what the boat is.
- From
- About AED 900 per hour
- Marinas
- Yas Marina, the Corniche, Saadiyat
- Our role
- Arranged through partner fleets, named up front
- Grand Prix berths
- Booked six months ahead
Abu Dhabi is a different sail from Dubai and better in some respects. The water is calmer, the channels between Saadiyat, Lulu and the mangroves are quieter, and you can spend an afternoon without passing another charter boat. What it lacks is the wall of towers — the skyline here is lower and further apart.
The three departure points that matter are Yas Marina, next to the circuit and the best base for anything on the east side; the Corniche, for the classic city frontage and Emirates Palace; and Saadiyat for the Louvre and the beaches. Zaya Nurai Island is about twenty minutes from Saadiyat and sells day passes separately from any boat.
Grand Prix weekend is its own market. Yacht berths inside the Yas Marina circuit — where the track runs past the boats — are sold as packages months ahead and priced accordingly. If that is what you are asking about, ask in spring rather than in November.

What is included
- Crewed boat with fuel and marina fees, as in Dubai
- Named operator and vessel confirmed before you pay anything
- Route planning across Yas, Saadiyat, Lulu and the mangroves
- Nurai Island day-pass coordination where you want a beach stop
- Catering and watersports arranged through the local fleet
Worth knowing
- We are a Dubai operator. Abu Dhabi charters are arranged, not owned, and we name the operator before you commit.
- Abu Dhabi water is calmer than Dubai's most of the year, which suits anyone prone to seasickness.
- Zaya Nurai Island day passes are sold by the resort, not by the boat, and sell out at weekends.

FAQ
Questions people ask
- How much is yacht rental in Abu Dhabi?
- From about AED 900 per hour for a mid-size crewed yacht, broadly in line with Dubai. Grand Prix weekend charters are priced as packages and cost several times the normal rate.
- Where do yachts depart from in Abu Dhabi?
- Yas Marina, the Corniche and Saadiyat are the three main bases. Yas is best for the circuit and the eastern channels; the Corniche for the city frontage and Emirates Palace; Saadiyat for the beaches and Nurai Island.
- Can you watch the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix from a yacht?
- Yes — berths inside the Yas Marina circuit put the boat alongside the track. They are sold as weekend packages months in advance and are the most expensive charter product in the UAE calendar.
- How do you get to Zaya Nurai Island?
- By boat from Saadiyat, about twenty minutes. The island sells its own day passes separately from any charter, and weekend passes sell out well ahead.
- Is Abu Dhabi or Dubai better for a yacht charter?
- Dubai for the skyline and the density of landmarks; Abu Dhabi for calm water, quiet channels and beaches. If someone in the group is prone to seasickness, Abu Dhabi is the easier day.
